The staff was helpful and very quick. The room had a functional fridge that I used. The location was great with easy access to transport options. I found a secure car park about two minutes walk away for approximately £20 per night. I was happy with the location.
My room lacked a light near the wardrobe making it difficult to see inside. A light would really help. I found white paint marks on the curtains and sloppy grouting in the bathroom. These items could be cleaned more carefully. I sent a request for a good view but got a side street view instead. That was quite disappointing.

The hotel features a glamorous bar and an attached restaurant on the ground floor that looked busy. The lobby has unique decor including a showpiece lamp with a horse figure, which I thought was very special.

The breakfast service was very quick and the staff looked attentive. Alison, the waitress in the restaurant, was very lovely. She remembered small details and handled a difficult customer well. The staff ensured I had everything I needed. Their service was very professional.

the staff offered assistance with our luggage even before check-in. purchasing hop-on-hop-off bus tickets directly at the hotel proved very convenient. breakfast was fabulous each morning, providing great variety and fresh options.
it was a minor distraction, but all the public areas looked super clean.

the hotel features a concierge service which assisted with local information and bookings. there is a fitness center open to guests that includes several cardio machines. i noticed the hotel also provides complimentary wi-fi throughout the building.

our beautiful double room provided ample space for luggage and movement. climate control was simple to manage, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. the blackout curtains ensured restful sleep, blocking exterior light effectively at night.

breakfast offered many choices, including hot dishes, pastries and fresh fruit. i observed attentive service as staff constantly replenished food and beverages. the dining area was well kept and clean during peak hours.

I found very good breakfast. The food was complete. Staff members were pleasant. The location includes good access to public transportation. A bus stop sits across the street. The bus takes people directly to the airport.
I had a slight issue. The room I stayed in sat very far from the entrance.
